What dates are you open?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is open at Square One between October 26, 2019 – January 5, 2020.

What hours are you open?
Hours vary by date. Check out our up-to-date hours of operation.

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets prices start at $29 CAD for children and $35 CAD for adults and vary based on the day and ticket type, plus taxes and fees.

How much is a Family Four Pack?
The total price of a Family Four Pack starts at $120 CAD for off-peak hours and $136 CAD for peak hours, plus taxes and fees.

Does my baby need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 are free but do require a ticket for entry due to occupancy limits. We apologize if you’re having technical difficulties with your baby’s ticket. Just let us know when you get here. Your baby will still be admitted as long as everyone else in your party has a ticket.

Can I buy tickets in person?
Yes, you can buy tickets at our box office located at 199 Rathburn Rd W. However walk-up sales are subject to availability and many times sell out. We recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance either at the box office or online.

Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
While tickets are non-refundable, you can exchange your tickets free of charge for the same ticket type, pending availability in the ‘My Tickets’ section of your Showclix account. If you’d like to change your ticket type please contact ShowClix Customer Care at 888-718-4253.

Do I need to reserve a date and time?
For General Admission and Super-Stoo-Pendus Tickets, you do need to reserve a date and time. Our VIP tickets allow you entry anytime on the date you select.

What are the differences between the types of tickets?
General Admission Tickets allow you to enter The Dr. Seuss Experience on a specific date and time that you select in the checkout process.
VIP Anytime Tickets allow you the flexibility to enjoy the Dr. Seuss Experience anytime on a specific date that you select in the checkout process.
Super-Stoo-Pendous Tickets allow you to enjoy The Dr. Seuss Experience without the crowds! Tickets in these time blocks are strictly limited in quantity, ensuring a premium, super-stoo-pendus, fantastic, stoo-mendus experience.

Do I need to reserve a date and time?
For General Admission and Super-Stoo-Pendus Tickets, you do need to reserve a date and time. Our VIP tickets allow you entry anytime on the date you select.

What if I’m late or early to the time I purchased?
No problem! You will still be able to enter, and we will still honor your ticket pending availability of space.

I forgot to print out my tickets!
No problem! We can scan the QR code on your phone from the email Showclix sends out.

Why didn't I get my tickets in my email?
Please check your spam folder first and do a search in your inbox for "Showclix." If you still don't see it, send us an email.

Do you offer group tickets?
We’re happy to offer a flat-rate discounted ticket for groups of 10 or more! For select dates, group tickets are now available for purchase directly on our ticketing page.
For groups of 20+ please email us HERE.

Are there any discounts available?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is proud to offer a 15% off military discounts for those with a valid military ID. To take advantage of this discount, please purchase your tickets directly from the box office on site.
Additionally, the Dr. Seuss Experience offers a 20% discount on tickets for Mississauga City employees. Guests interested in this offer must present valid city ID at the box office to redeem this discount. Online purchases for this discount are not available.

Where are you located?
We are located across from Square One at this address: 199 Rathburn Rd W.

Is this a family friendly event?
Yes, it definitely is!

Is this event all ages?
Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is for all ages!

Can I bring my dog?
Service animals for special needs are permitted, but pets, unfortunately, are not.

How long may I spend at the experience?
We estimate the journey through The Dr. Seuss Experience to take between 1-1.5 hours, but you are free to explore at your leisure!

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is fully wheelchair accessible.

Is the experience ADA accessible?
Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is fully accessible for individuals with special needs.

Do you accept the Access 2 card?
Yes we do accept the Access 2 Card. Please purchase the Access 2 Card holder’s ticket online (as a GA, VIP, or Super Stoo-Pendus ticket). The support person will receive their free ticket at the venue, once the online ticket and the Access 2 Card is presented to staff at the box office.

What should I bring?
Bring your ticket and your photo ID. We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Can I bring my stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside The Dr. Seuss Experience but convenient indoor stroller parking is available.

Can I take pictures and video?
