What dates are you open?

May 15th to August 15th. 

What hours are you open?

We are open Wednesday and Thursday from 1PM to 6:30PM, Friday from 10AM to 6:30PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 6:30PM.​

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket Prices range from $23 to $50. To see all ticket types and prices, visit our ticketing page here


Does my baby need a ticket?

Children under the age of 12 months are free, however, please ensure you add a complimentary ‘Infant Under 12’ ticket to your cart when purchasing tickets for your group.


Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes, box office information coming soon.


Can I exchange or refund my ticket?

While tickets are non-refundable, you can exchange your tickets free of charge for the same ticket type, pending availability in the ‘My Tickets’ section of your Showclix account. If you’d like to change your ticket type please contact ShowClix Customer Care at (888) 850-8718. 


Do I need to reserve a date and time?

For General Admission and Super-Stoo-Pendus Tickets, you do need to reserve a date and time. Our VIP tickets allow you entry anytime on the date you select.


What are the differences between the types of tickets?

General Admission Tickets allow you to enter The Dr. Seuss Experience on a specific date and time that you select in the checkout process.

VIP Anytime Tickets allow you the flexibility to enjoy the Dr. Seuss Experience anytime on a specific date that you select in the checkout process.

Super-Stoo-Pendous Tickets allow you to enjoy The Dr. Seuss Experience without the crowds! Tickets in these time blocks are strictly limited in quantity, ensuring a premium, super-stoo-pendus, fantastic, stoo-pendus experience.

What if I’m late or early to the time I purchased?

No problem! We will honor your ticket at the time of your arrival, pending availability of space.


I forgot to print out my tickets!

No problem! We can scan the QR code on your phone from the email our ticketing provider sends out.

Why didn't I get my tickets in my email?

Please check your spam folder first and do a search in your inbox for "Showclix." If you still don't see it, send us an email.


Do you offer group tickets?

We’re happy to offer a flat-rate discounted ticket for groups of 20 or more! 

For groups of 20+ please email us HERE.


Are there any discounts available?

The Dr. Seuss Experience is happy to offer a 20% discount for active military, police, and healthcare workers. Tickets can be purchased on-site with a valid military or employee ID and do not need a prior reservation. Limit of four (4) discounted tickets per ID.

What precautions are you taking in response to COVID-19?

At the Dr. Seuss Experience, the safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. As such, we proudly comply with all local and state regulations, including:

  • Per our venue's policies, all guests age 5+ are encouraged to wear masks if unvaccinated while inside the George R. Brown Convention Center. We will continue to update this policy as rules change. In addition, all staff members will be wearing masks.

  • Daily temperature screenings for staff and guests upon arrival at he George R. Brown Convention Center.

  • Timed ticketing with limited availability within each time slot.

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures for all frequently touched surfaces, props, photo opportunities, etc,

  • The usage of plexi barriers at all retail and box office stations

  • Convenient hand sanitization areas positioned throughout the Experience.

Is this a family friendly event?

Yes, it definitely is!​

Is this event all ages?

Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is for all ages! Please note guests 16 and under must be accompanied by ticketed parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Can I bring my dog?

Service animals for special needs are permitted, but pets, unfortunately, are not.


How long may I spend at the experience?

We estimate the journey through The Dr. Seuss Experience to take between 1-1.5 hours, but you are free to explore at your leisure!​

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is fully wheelchair accessible.

Is the experience ADA accessible?

Yes, The Dr. Seuss Experience is fully accessible for individuals with special needs.​

What should I bring?

Bring your ticket and your photo ID. We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Can I bring my stroller?

Strollers are not allowed inside The Dr. Seuss Experience but convenient indoor stroller parking is available.

Can I take pictures and video?
